Not every day does the city of sunshine show itself at its best. But on this day, it did exactly that. A perfect setting for a long-awaited summer party with the entire Norwegian team — including visitors from Bangkok.

With a (relatively) screen-free day, strategy and togetherness were on the agenda, and the morning was spent on reflection and direction. How are we handling the change we are in the middle of? Where are we going, and what is important to preserve going forward? A long-awaited status check on our own transformation, as we are in full swing shaping the new Seven Peaks Norway from all angles.

Together with photographer Veronika Stuksrud, we also took the opportunity for a long-overdue update of portraits and team photos.

We rounded it all off with Bergenfest in the evening. Sunny and inspiring days like this give a lot of energy. We are now ready for the second half of the year!
