16 years of digital delivery.
Seven Peaks has now been rebuilt as an AI native company. We deliver through a stronger operating model where humans lead, AI is used systematically in production, and the customer's context is an active production input. We are a partner for organisations that need speed without losing control.
From capacity-for-hire to compounding engine.
Seven Peaks has transformed from a classic software consultancy into a hybrid: a high-quality consultancy, an AI-native delivery company, and a product builder around the same engine we use in delivery.
We're moving from a model where value was created by individual capacity and classical project delivery, to a model where value is created by deeper understanding and richer context, human-led AI delivery, safer and more governed building, continuous improvement and signal detection after launch, and products that already strengthen our own delivery model.
We build a sharper model. Humans lead. AI is used systematically in production. The customer's context is an active production input. The customer gets higher speed, better control, and more relevant continuous development over time.
Six things the transformation does not touch.
The transformation strengthens what made Seven Peaks valuable in the first place. It does not erase it.
End-user first
For 16 years we've had a clear end-user-first approach. What's built must work for the humans who actually use it.
Flexible, low-rigidity partner
Easy to work with. Pragmatic in the face of reality. Able to adapt when the situation calls for it.
High service level
The new model strengthens responsiveness. It does not replace it with friction.
Honesty and integrity
Decency, good intentions toward each other and toward clients, honesty when it matters.
Cost-aware and fair
We deliver good value without inflating scope, team, or complexity.
Delivery discipline
We keep our word. We deliver as well as humanly possible.
Two kinds of humans, working together.
The transformation introduced a clearer split between two human role types — both critical, sometimes held by the same person for periods, but always distinct in the kind of work they produce:
Solution & customer leadership. The people who hold direction, taste, prioritisation, quality judgment, and customer dialogue. Architects, service designers, owners of backlog, budget, and time. The human front toward the customer.
System builders. The people who build and maintain the engine the agents operate in — Terrain, Foundry, Signals, Shield. They don't deliver customer projects directly. They build the motor that makes delivery possible. This is a new and deliberate role in Seven Peaks.
Who you'll meet.
A small team with long relationships. Many of us have worked together for over ten years — with each other and with the clients we deliver for. That gives depth, continuity, and a shared understanding that cannot be replaced.
