What this covers
This page explains how Seven Peaks Norway AS processes personal data collected on sevenpeaks.no. Data we process in client engagements is governed by the agreements for each engagement.
Legal basis
- Consent: for analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). You give consent in the banner and can withdraw it with the button at the bottom of this page.
- Legitimate interest: for the cookie that remembers your consent choice, and for replying to messages you send through the contact form.
What we collect when you visit
Only if you accept analytics:
- the pages you visit on sevenpeaks.no
- device type, browser and approximate location, derived from your IP address, which is anonymised
- the page you came from, if you followed a link
Your consent choice is stored in the spn_consent cookie, whether you accept or decline. Analytics uses anonymised IP, and advertising features and Google signals are turned off.
The contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the message, the language of the page and the address of the page you sent it from. The message goes to a Slack channel, where we read and reply to it. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to limit the number of submissions, and is not stored.
We keep messages for as long as we need them to follow up on the enquiry.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics.

Retention
Analytics data is deleted automatically in Google Analytics after the retention period set there, at most 14 months. The spn_consent cookie expires after 12 months.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- have errors corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict or object to processing
- receive your data (data portability)
- withdraw consent at any time
- complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet)
